Can you help turn the potential of AI into digital products that make a real difference for our patients?
We're looking for an AI Automation Product Coordinator to support the development of AI-enabled products across InHealth – helping us create smarter, simpler experiences for our patients, customers and colleagues.
You'll work across digital journeys, patient communications, contact centre interactions and self-service tools, connecting business needs with technical delivery and helping turn great ideas into practical AI solutions.
It's an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who is curious about AI, passionate about technology and keen to develop their career in digital product management.
What you will do
You'll:
- Help turn product ideas and user needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Support the development and delivery of customer-facing AI products and features
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external AI suppliers
- Gather user feedback and use product data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support testing, review AI outputs and help manage controlled feature rollouts
- Track delivery progress, risks and key product metrics
- Keep an eye on emerging AI trends and how they could improve our services
- Help ensure AI solutions are useful, responsible and focused on genuine user needs
About you
You're curious, analytical and excited by what AI can do – but equally interested in making sure technology solves the right problems.
You'll be a strong communicator who enjoys working with different people, asking questions and turning complex ideas into clear actions.
You'll ideally bring:
- Up to two years' experience in product, data analysis, software delivery, business analysis or a similar role
- An understanding of AI, large language models, data pipelines or prompt engineering
- Familiarity with Agile product delivery and sprint-based working
- Confidence working with data, metrics and user feedback
- Strong communication, organisation and collaboration skills
- A genuine interest in responsible AI, digital products and user-centred design
This is an opportunity to build your product career while working with one of the most exciting areas of technology.
You'll gain hands-on exposure to AI product development, customer experience and digital transformation, working alongside experienced colleagues and specialist technology partners to create solutions that have a genuine impact.
Ready to turn your curiosity for AI into products that improve real healthcare experiences? We'd love to hear from you.
